摘　　要：目前我国经济社会进入转型时期,民族地区高校要实现新的发展,必须遵循高等教育发展的基本规律,从自身找准影响科学发展的深层次问题。在此基础上,以科学发展观为指导,准确把握时代发展变化新要求,紧扣自身责任与使命;创新发展理念,突破传统思维窠臼,立足所在区域的实际需求;调整办学结构,转变发展思路,切实增强在区域经济社会发展中的影响力和贡献力。这是民族地区高等教育在新的历史时期实现科学发展应当遵循的逻辑。In China＇ s economic and social transformation period, colleges and universities in ethnic regions must follow the basic law of higher education development and find out the underlying problems to hinder their scientific development so as to make a new development. They should be guided by the scientific concept of development, accurately understand the new demands according to the development and changes as well as their responsibility and mission in the new time; they should innovate development concept and change the traditional way of thinking according to the actual needs of their regions; and they should adjust the structure of school running, reform the development mode and effectively enhance their influence and contribution in regional economic and social development. This is a logical way for these universities to follow in order to realize the scientific development of higher education in ethnic regions in the new historical period.
