后大众化阶段黑龙江高等教育发展的审视:高校定位的视角

摘　　要：文章采取词频分析法对22所黑龙江省属一般本科高校的发展目标定位、办学类型定位、学科发展定位、人才培养目标定位和服务面向定位进行了梳理,揭示了后大众化阶段省属一般本科高校发展定位的现状。从地方政府和高校两个不同的视角提出了后大众化阶段黑龙江高等教育发展的新路径。Adopting the method of word frequency, this article analyzes the orientation of the 22 general under- graduate institutions in Heilongjiang province, which includes orientation of developmental goals, educational types, disciplinary development, talents cultivation and services. Moreover, current development status of provincial general undergraduate universities in post-popular stage has also been presented. This thesis puts forward a new path for the development of higher education in Heilongjiang province reviewed from perspectives of both local governments and institutions.
