摘  要:目的探讨层级管理在进修护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取102名进修护士为对照组,采用常规培训方式;选取104名进修护士为实验组,将其分为年轻护士N1级、年轻护理骨干N2级、专业精通型护士N3级、专家型护士N4级4个层级,从组建培训师资、制订培训方案、实施培训方案进行分层级管理培训。培训结束后,比较两组进修护士的考核成绩和对进修培训的满意度。结果实验组进修护士的考核成绩及进修满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对进修护士实施层级管理培训,既丰富了各级进修护士的理论知识和操作技能,又提高了实践综合能力及进修满意度,从而有利于提升护理科学化管理水平。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management in the training of advanced nurses. Methods Totally, 102 advanced nurses were chosen as the control group, and received general training method. And 104 advanced nurses were chosen as the experimental group, and divided into young nurses ( N1 level ) , young nursing backbone ( N2 level) , professional master nurses ( N3 level) and specialist nurses ( N4 level). Hierarchical management was conducted in the training including building training teachers, making training projects, implementing training projects. After training, the examination a- chievement and satisfaction for learning of the two groups were compared. Results The examination achievement and learning satisfaction of the two groups had apparent differences,the experimental group was higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hierarchical management in the training of advanced nurses can not only enrich theoretical knowledge and operating skill, but also improve comprehensive practice ability and learning satisfaction of advanced nurses, and improve scientific management level in nursing.
