摘  要:目的评定气质联用法测定植物油中氯丙醇酯浓度的不确定度。方法分析GC-MS法测定植物油中氯丙醇酯浓度的整个过程,确定不确定度的来源和大小,最后进行合成并扩展。结果植物油中氯丙醇酯浓度为0.95 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.11 mg/kg(P=95%,k=2)。结论气相色谱质谱联用法测定脂肪中的氯丙醇酯的不确定度,主要由重复性、含量在标准曲线的的位置、样品质量和回收率引入。Objective to assess the uncertainty evaluation for the determination of chloropropanols in vegetable oils by GC- MS. Methods The whole process during the determination of chloropropanols was analyzed and the uncertainty sources were established and evaluated,then the combined and expanded uncertainty were calculated. Results The expanded uncertainty with 0. 95 mg / kg levels of chloropropanols were 0. 11 mg / kg,respectively( P = 95%,k = 2). Conclusion The uncertainty evaluation for the determination of Chloropropanols in vegetable oils by GC – MS was mainly caused by repeatability,the standard curve,and the weight of samples and qualitative,and recovery.
