摘 要:生产导向型教学工厂是具有教学功能的生产企业,建设生产导向型教学工厂是职业院校提升实践教学质量、增强社会服务能力的有效途径。其具有真实化生产、企业化管理、职业化实训和市场化评价等特征,可采取校方独资、校企合资、引厂入校和进厂建室等建设模式。生产导向型教学工厂的建设与运行需要政府层面的顶层设计,需要校企合作创新"共建、共管、共享、共育人"的体制机制,创设校企生产性实训的衔接模式、以典型而完整的真实项目定制实训内容、灵活的教学管理制度和校企双导师指导模式是成功实践的关键环节。Production oriented teaching factory is a manufacturer which has a function of teaching. To construct a production oriented teaching factory is an effective way to improve practical teaching quality, and to strengthen the social service ability of vocational colleges. It has the characteristics of actualized production, the marketization of enterprise management, professional training and evaluation. The construction mode may be college sole proprietorship, or joint venture, or factory in college or college in factory, and etc. Production oriented teaching construction and operation of the factory needs the be designed by government level and it needs to innovate a system and mechanism for common construction, common management, sharing and common education by college-enterprise cooperation. It is a key factor to create a connection mode of productive practice between colleges and factory in a typical real project and complete customized training content, flexible teaching management system and double mentor guidance mode.
