摘 要:以纯电动汽车动力系统能量转化关系为研究对象,提出了一套评价动力系统效率特性的方法和指标,搭建了测试平台,并利用该平台对某款纯电动汽车动力系统的效率特性进行了试验研究与分析。结果表明,该动力系统的实时能量输出效率与电池系统电压的关系拟合公式符合二阶多项式形式,并且与电机系统单点结果吻合度较好;另外,考虑到电池系统充放电能量转化效率的影响,该系统能量转化综合效率为73.0%,效率相对较低。以上试验结果为纯电动汽车动力系统产品匹配选型提供了基础数据支持。With the energy conversion relations of the electric vehicle power system as the research object, this paper presents a set of evaluation methods and indicators for the power system efficiency, and builds a test platform. The efficiency characteristics of a power system for electric vehicle is studied and analyzed. The results show that the relation between the real-time energy output efficiency and the battery voltage follows with second order polynomial form, and the fitting result has good consistency with the motor individual test result; in addition, considering the influence of the battery charge and discharge energy transformation efficiency, the total energy conversion efficiency is 73.0%. The above test results provide basic data support for the matching and selection of the electric vehicle power system.
