摘  要:本研究以欧亚种酿酒葡萄赤霞珠、品丽珠和黑比诺为试材,研究了简约化叶幕管理对葡萄生长及果实品质的影响。结果表明:在简约化叶幕管理方式下,葡萄枝条节间长度略有所缩短,粗度增加,径髓比降低,说明简约化修剪可以促进葡萄枝条的成熟,增强树体的抗逆性;植株叶幕层消光系数(K)和叶面积指数(LAI)降低,但叶片倾角增大;在整个夏季叶幕管理工作中,采用简约化叶幕层管理比常规叶幕层管理省工约40%,明显提高了工作效率。Take three wine grape varieties, such as Carbernet Sauvignon, Carbernet Franc and Pinot Noir as experimental materials, to investigate the effect of simplified canopy pruning on the growth and quality of wine grapes. The results showed that simplified canopy training shortened the internode length, thicken the shoots and reduced the ratio of diameter to medulla, indicating that the experimental training could promote the mature of branches and enhanced the resistance of vine. Meanwhile, the extinction coefficient(K) and leaf area index(LAI) reduced by adopting simplified canopy training, while the leaf angle increased. Therefore simplified canopy training had more efficiency than regular canopy training, and saved about 40% labor cost during the whole summer's canopy training.
