五要素视角下教师混合式研修模式构建研究

摘　　要：随着互联网的普及和在教育中的应用升级,孕育出的"教育O2O"成为一种重要的教育实践活动模式。本文认为"教育O2O"能在教师混合式研修中有效提高其培训质量。因此,基于教师研修的五要素(PCAEM)视角,其中PCAEM分别代表混合式研修的平台(Platform)、课程体系(Course)、活动设计(Activity)、研修评估(Evaluation)以及研修管理(Management),分析其模式的理论适配性,构建了五要素视角下教师混合式研修O2O模式的理论模型,并对模型中的五大要素进行了详细解读,结合具体研修案例论证其可行性,以期能够为现阶段教师混合式研修提供一定的借鉴和参考。With the popularity of the Internet and its application in education, ＂Online to Offline Education＂ （020 Education） has become an important educational practice mode. This paper argues that ＂020 Education＂ can improve the quality of hybrid training for teachers effectively. Therefore, from the perspective of five elements of teacher training, namely platform, curriculum, activity, evaluation and management, the study constructs a theoretical model, and then interprets the five elements in the model completely. The feasibility of the model is demonstrated by a case study so as to provide some reference for teachers＂ hybrid training at this stage.
