摘 要:目的:探讨情景模拟教学与案例教学结合对培养住院医师医患沟通能力的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年1月~2016年6月参加培训的82例住院医师,随机将其分为两组,均为41例。对照组采用传统讲授式教学,观察组结合情景模拟教学与案例教学,比较两组住院医师利物浦医生沟通能力评价量表(LCSAS)评分及患者满意度。结果:培训后两组医师沟通能力LCSAS评分分别为(27.69±5.76)分、(20.50±6.27)分,均较培训前明显提高,但观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:情景模拟教学与案例教学结合利于增强住院医师医患沟通能力,建立良好的医患关系。Objectives;To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching combined with case teaching on developing resident's communication ability between doctor and patient Methods:82 residents received training in the author's hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 41 cases of each group.Control group was given traditional teaching while observation group was given simulation teaching and case teaching.Liverpool communication skills assessment scale(LCSAS) score and patient' s satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:Observation group's LCSAS score was(27.69 ±5.76) after training while control group's LCSAS score was(20.50 ±6.27) after training,significant higher than those before training,but observation group's score was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Situational simulation teaching combined with case teaching helps to improve resident's communication skill between doctor and patient and establish good doctor-patient relationship.
