摘  要:本文探索构建了一套以"实验技能培养→集中实习实践→科研创新训练→专业综合实践"为基本构成模块,涵盖第一、第二和第三课堂,跨越大学一年级至四年级,具有"理论与实践、知识与技能、夯实基础与创新提高三结合"教学特色,全方位,多手段,分层递进式的中药学专业本科生实践技能培养模式。多年实践表明,该模式对于培育学生的实践创新精神和创新能力,提升人才培养质量起到了明显促进作用,对中药学专业本科生实践技能培养和提高也具有示范作用。This paper attempts to construct a set of all-round, multi-angle and hierarchical progressive mode on practical skills train-ing for undergraduates of TCM specialty. This mode is composed of four basic sections, which are experimental skills training, con-centration internship practice, scientific research innovation training and professional comprehensive practice. It covers the contents of the first classroom, second classroom and third classroom, and it is applied to all students from freshmen to senior students. The teaching characteristic of this mode is a combination of theory and practice, knowledge and skills, reinforcing foundation and improv-ing innovation. Years of practice has indicated that, this model plays a significant role in cultivating students ' practical innovation spirit and innovation ability, and promoting the quality of talent training. In addition, it also has a demonstration effect on the cultiva-tion and improvement of the practical skills of undergraduates of TCM specialty.
