摘 要:目的了解唐山市护士离职倾向现状及影响因素,为有效降低护士离职率,保持护理队伍的稳定提供科学的依据和建议。方法随机抽取唐山市二级医院675名护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表和离职倾向量表调查护士的离职倾向。结果唐山市二级医院护士离职倾向较高,得分为(13.18±3.69)分,其影响因素为学历、职务、用工性质及工作年限。结论唐山市二级医院护士离职倾向较高,医院管理者应该通过采取岗前培训、职业规划、提高薪酬等措施,有力降低护士的离职率,稳定护理队伍,促进医疗卫生事业健康发展。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of nurses’ turnover intention in Tangshan,so as to provide references and recommendations to effectively reduce nurse’ turnover rate and maintain the stability of nursing staff. Methods Totally,675 nurses were randomly selected from Tangshan secondary hospitals,a general- information questionnaire and turnover intention scale were used to investigate their turnover intention. Results The total score of nurse’ turnover intention was high( 13. 18 ± 3. 69),which influencing factors were education background,job position and nature,length of working time. Conclusion Nurses in Tangshan secondary hospitals are in high turnover tendency,the hospital administrators should take measures,such as pre- employment training,career planning and increasing salary,which can effectively reduce the nurses’ turnover rate and maintain the stability of nursing term,in order to promote the healthy development of medical and health undertakings.
