摘 要:通过利用AMOS结构方程模型对影响民办院校教师工作满意度的主要因素进行统计分析发现:与个体因素和社会因素的影响相比,组织因素对民办院校教师工作满意度的影响最明显;民办院校教师对各方面组织因素的认可通过影响其工作满意度,进而影响他们的职业流动意愿。建议主要从权力与责任、组织管理模式、晋升考评机制、收入待遇、学术工作条件和氛围等方面着手改善,以提升民办院校教师的工作满意度,从而促进民办院校师资的总体稳定与合理流动。Through the statistical analysis of the main factors influencing the job satisfaction of private college teachers by using AMOS structural equation model, it has been found out that compared with the influence of individual and social factors, organizational factors have the most obvious influence on job satisfaction of private college teachers; private college teachers recognize all aspects of organizational factors through the influence of their job satisfaction, and then affect the desire of their occupational flow. It is suggested that the improvements should be made from such aspects as power and responsibility, organization and management mode, promotion and evaluation mechanism, income and treatment, academic working condition and atmosphere to enhance the job satisfaction of private college teachers so as to promote the overall stability and the rational flow of private college teachers.
