摘  要:研究客家黄酒对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠皮肤衰老作用的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射D-半乳糖建立亚急性衰老小鼠模型,分别灌胃蒸馏水和不同浓度的黄酒,每天1次,连续灌胃45d,测定小鼠皮肤中的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性,皮肤含水量,皮肤羟脯氨(hydroxyproline,hyp)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果表明,客家黄酒能显著提升衰老小鼠皮肤含水量、羟脯氨酸含量并降低MDA含量。客家黄酒具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。The anti-aging effects of Hakka yellow rice wine on the skin of subacute aging mice induced by D-galactose were evaluated. Sub- acute aging mice models were constructed by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose. Then intragastric administration of distilled water and Hakka yellow rice wine (different alcohol content) respectively once a day for 45 d was performed. Then SOD, GSH-Px, hydroxyproline, MDA, and skin moisture content in mice skin were measured. The results suggested that Hakka yellow rice wine could effectively increase skin moisture content and hydroxyproline content and reduce MDA content. Accordingly, Hakka yellow rice wine had anti-aging effects on skin.
