摘 要:作为一种新兴的教学模式,翻转课堂本质上强化了学生中心地位,体现了深度学习的思想,彰显了混成式学习的优势,推进了个性化学习的实践,具体表现在教学范式的"转型"、教学流程的"逆序"、教学本义的"回归"和教育技术的"驱动"等方面。由此,教师实施翻转课堂面临着教学理念、知能结构、角色定位以及工作负荷等方面的现实挑战。因应上述挑战,教师应"翻转"思维,确立"学生中心"的教学理念;提升素养,筑建复合型知能结构;准确定位,重塑教师专业角色;理性审视,科学运用翻转课堂模式。As a new teaching model, flipped classroom has essentially strengthened student-centered status, embodied the idea of in-depth learning, highlighted the advantages of blended learning, and promoted the practice of individualized learning. The classroom is flipped by the "transformation" of education paradigms, the "reversing" of teaching process, the "regression" of the original meaning of teaching, and the driving of educational technology. Therefore, teachers" teaching philosophy, roles and workload as well as their knowledge and ability structure will be challenged in flipped classroom. In response, teachers should flip their cogitation to establish student-centered teaching philosophy, improve their quality to build composite knowledge and ability structures, and direct precisely to remodel teachers" professional roles ; survey rationally to take use of flipped classroom model scientifically.
