摘  要:通过改进传统的结构不变性原理,提出了一种在电液伺服负载模拟器动态加载过程中有效抑制由于舵机位置扰动所引起多余力的方案。采用傅里叶变换确定舵机位置信号中的频率分量,运用最小二乘法对各频率分量对应的舵机速度信号的相位进行校正并求和,得出舵机位置系统准确的速度输出信号,从而利用该信号对加载系统进行流量补偿消除系统的多余力。仿真结果表明,改进后的方案能更好地消除负载模拟器的多余力。The paper proposes a plan to effectively restrict the surplus force incurred by position disturbance of the steering engine during the dynamic loading of electro-hydraulic servo load simulators through improving the traditional structure invariance principle. Fourier transform is used to determine the frequency component in position signal of the steering engine,and least square method is used to rectify and sum phases of speed signals of steering engines corresponding to each frequency component,from which the systematic and accurate speed output signals of the position of steering engines can be obtained. The signal can be used for flow compensation of the loading system to eliminate the surplus force of the system. Simulation result reveals that the improved scheme can more effectively relieve the surplus force of load simulators.
