摘　　要：德国职业教育为"工业4.0"战略实施提供了大量人才,其职业教育的总目标是培养学生获得关键能力和创新能力,基于行动导向理念的职业教育教学方法可以使学生有效地习得这两方面能力。德国职业教育行动导向教学模式既可为我国职业教育课程改革提供思路,又能为教师课堂教学方法的选取提供借鉴。German vocational education provides a large number of professionals for the Industry 4.0. The general objective of vocational education is to develop the key ability and innovation ability of students. The action- oriented teaching mode for vocational education can make the students obtain the both abilities. The action-oriented teaching mode for German vocational education can not only provide ideas for curriculum reform of vocational education in china, but also provide reference for the teaching methods.
