摘　　要：针对常见的安防视频监控系统视频画面分辨难度大,异常事件或行为的有效识别率等难题,在优化图像识别技术的基础上,综合运用运动目标检测算法、目标跟踪算法、数据分类算法、多特征建模等手段的基础上,设计一种适用于多运动目标的基于视频分析的异常事件检测技术,解决运动目标的多特征融合和多运动目标行为识别、多运动目标跟踪优化关键技术难题。Based on the optimization of image recognition technology, uses the moving object detection algorithm, the target tracking algorithm, the data classification algorithm, the multi-objective classification algorithm, the multi-objective classification algorithm and so on. Based on the analysis of abnormal events, proposes a multi-feature fusion algorithm based on video analysis to solve the problem of multi-feature fusion and multi-moving target behavior recognition and multi-moving target tracking optimization.
