高等中医药院校中医专业思想培养现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：随着国家对中医药的重视,中医药事业呈现迅速发展的趋势,中医药高等教育在迎来极大机遇的同时也面临着重大挑战。随着近年来中医院校办学规模的扩大,专业人才的培养质量却未得到有效保障,致使"乏人"问题虽得到一定程度解决,"乏术"问题却日益严重,这也成为中医生存危机的根源或症结。如何加强和改进中医专业大学生的专业思想,进而影响大学生的职业规划,服务于大学生的终身发展,探索顺应时代发展要求、符合学生自身需要的新方法,是中医院校专业教育面临的一项重要工作。With the country＇s attention to traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine showed a trend of rapid development cause,and higher education of traditional Chinese medicine is facing great opportunities and facing great challenges. With the expansion of the scale of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,the cultivation of professional talents quality did not get effective guarantee,the ＂shortage of person＂problem was solved to a certain extent,the ＂shortage of talent＂problem was increasingly serious,and it also became the source or the crux of the survival crisis of traditional Chinese medicine. How to strengthen and improve college students of traditional Chinese medicine professional ideas,thus affect the career planning of college students,in the service of college students ＇ lifelong development,explore adaptation time development request,the new method meets the needs of the students themselves,which was an important job that the professional education in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine faced with.
