超临界CO_2萃取紫苏油粕β-胡萝卜素的研究

摘  要:以紫苏油粕为原料,采用超临界CO_2萃取技术提取紫苏油粕中的β-胡萝卜素。在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法和响应面分析法对超临界CO_2萃取工艺条件进行优化,研究萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间及其交互作用对β-胡萝卜素得率的影响。结果表明,在各影响因素中,影响程度依次为:萃取压力>萃取时间>萃取温度,超临界CO_2萃取紫苏油粕β-胡萝卜素的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力38 MPa、萃取温度43℃、萃取时间3 h。在此条件下β-胡萝卜素得率为91.57%,与模型预测值92.82%之间具有良好的拟合性。The perilla oil meal was used as a raw material in this study. The β-carotene was extracted from perilla oil meal by supercritical CO_2. Based on single factor test, the Box-Behnken method of test design and response surface methodology was applied to test the effects of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time as well as their interaction on the β-carotene yield was researched. Extraction parameters of β-carotene from perilla oil meal were optimized by response surface methodology. The experimental results showed the orders which influenced the β-carotene yield were as followings: extraction pressure〉extraction time〉extraction temperature. And the optimum extraction conditions were extraction pressure 38 MPa, extraction temperature 43 ℃, extraction time 3 h. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of β-carotene from perilla oil meal was up to 91.57%, which was well matched with predicted yield 92.82%.
