摘 要:建立了碰撞反应池—电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析螺肉中重金属含量的方法。螺肉经HNO_3-H_2O_2密闭高压消解后,以^(74)Ge、^(115)In和^(209)Bi、^(45)Sc为内标元素消除非质谱干扰,以氦气为碰撞反应气消除质谱干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定了螺肉中重金属铅、镉、砷、铬、锡和镍含量。在优化的试验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.04~100μg/L,测定元素的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,添加水平为0.1~10.0μg/L时,螺肉样品中6种重金属元素的加标回收率为88.1%~113.0%,铅、镉、砷、铬、锡和镍的检出限分别为0.46,0.053,0.31,0.44,0.74和0.24μg/kg。方法经国家有证标准物质(GBW 10050)验证,结果与标示值相符,可用于螺肉中重金属含量的快速检测。A novel method was established to determination of heavy metals by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with Collision Cell Technology. Snail muscles were digested by sealed high pressure digestion with HNO_3-H_2O_2, ^(72)Ge, ^(115)In, ^(209)Bi and ^(45)Sc were used as the internal standard elements to overcome non-spectroscopic interference and helium was used as collision to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference. Under optimum conditions, the linear range of this method was 0.04-100 μg/L with elemental correlation coefficients over 0.999, the mean recoveries of 6 heavy metal elements from spiked samples at the spiking levels of 0.1-10.0 μg/L were ranged from 88.1%-113.0%, and the limits of detection for Pb, Cd, As, Cr, Sn and Ni were 0.46, 0.053, 0.31, 0.44, 0.74 and 0.24 μg/kg, respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of reference samples(GBW 10050) with satisfactory results. The results show this method is suitable for rapid determination of heavy metal elements in snail muscles.
