摘 要:目的:探讨案例教学法(CBL)在消化内科见习教学中的应用及其效果。方法:2015年在消化内科进行临床见习的40名学生随机划分为CBL教学组(n=20人)和传统教学组(n=20人)。结果:CBL组在体格检查、疾病诊断和鉴别诊断方面优于传统教学组。在提高临床推理能力、提高自学能力和增强团结协作能力等方面优于传统组。结论:CBL教学法优于传统教学法。Objective: To compare the effectiveness of case-based learning and the traditional teaching mode in clinical observation for gastroenterology. Methods: 40 students who took gastroenterology clinical practice in 2015 were randomly assigned to either receive the traditional teaching mode( n = 20) or receive the cased-based learning( n = 20). Results: There is no significant difference between the CBL group and the traditional group students in management plan. The CBL group is better than the control group in physical examination,disease diagnosis and differentiation diagnosis. Conclusion: The cased-based learning is better than tradional teaching mode.
