摘　　要：为提高浓香花生乳饮料生产企业的自身管理水平,保障浓香花生乳饮料的卫生安全,将HACCP质量管理系统应用于浓香花生乳饮料的生产中。运用HACCP的基本原理,对浓香花生乳饮料的危害进行分析,找出了在生产工艺中所有可能的危害,并确立工序中的关键控制点与纠偏措施。To increase management level of production enterprises that manufacture superfine peanut milk and safeguard health and security of peanut milk, quality management system of HACCP is applied to the production of peanut milk. This paper adopts the basic principle of HACCP,and the harm of peanut milk is analyzed,thus searching out all of possible hazards in the production process,which established the key control points of process and deviation rectification measures.
