摘 要:高职工业机器人专业技术人才培养主要是操作及维护人员、安装调试技术员、项目设计与应用工程师三个层次。为达到培养目标,专业课程建设应明确专业的定位,分析岗位需求和职业核心能力。实施"课堂工场化、工场课堂化"教学,建立满足高素质技术技能人才需求的阶梯型专业课程体系,开展产教融合的项目化实训,实现高职专业人才培养和地方优势产业的深度融合。The specialty of Industrial Robots in higher vocational colleges involves the talent-cultivation in such three levels as operation and maintenance, installation technician and project design and application. To achieve the train- ing objective, it' s necessary to have a clear professional orientation and analyze job requirements and professional core competence in terms of the curriculum construction. This paper offers some corresponding measures, including implementing the teaching of workshop-oriented classroom and classroom-oriented workshop, establishing the ladder- type professional curriculum system to meet the needs of high-quality talents with technical skills, carrying out pro- ject-oriented training of industry-education integration and realizing the deep integration of higher vocational profes- sional talent training and local competitive industries.
