摘 要:为提高电动负载模拟器的动态性能和加载精度,针对广义连接刚度对系统的动态响应、加载精度和稳定性的影响,设计一种广义连接刚度测试系统,在构建系统的硬件结构和软件功能的基础上,结合广义连接刚度的计算方法及影响因素,提出一种通过调整弹性杆刚度确定最佳广义连接刚度的方法,并对多余力矩、机械谐振、动态特性等影响因素及最佳广义连接刚度进行定量分析。实验结果表明:测试系统功能完善,测试结果准确。另外,在系统获得最佳广义连接刚度时,系统加载曲线与指令曲线完全重合,明显消除多余力矩对系统的干扰,为动态测试舵机性能提供先决条件。A generalized coupled stiffness test system is designed to enhance the dynamicperformance and loading precision of electric load simulator aiming at the influence of generalizedcoupled stiffness on system dynamic response, loading precision and stability. Combined thecomputing method and influence factors of generalized coupled stiffness, a method determiningoptimal generalized coupled stiffness by adjusting the stiffness of elastic rod is proposed on thebasis of constructing hardware structure and software functions of system. Besides, the extraneoustorque, mechanical resonance, dynamic characteristics and other influential factors and the optimalgeneralized coupled stiffness are quantitatively analyzed. Experimental results show that the testsystem is fully functional and test results are accurate. Besides, the system load curve andcommand curve completely overlap when the system obtains an optimal generalized coupled stiffnessand the interference of the extraneous torque on the system is 'eliminated greatly, providingpreconditions for the dynamic test of the servo performances.
