摘　　要：基于信息化教学的教育背景,探讨初中英语教师提高教育素养的重要性,并从教师评价用语、教师专业技能、教学方法、专业学习、教育反思等方面,论述英语教师教育素养的提高策略,从而进一步提升学生的英语学科能力。In the educational context of informationized teaching, this paper discusses the importance for middle school English teachers to improve education quality and demonstrates the improving strategies accordingly from aspects of teachers＇ evaluation expres- sions, professional skill, teaching methods, professional learning and educational reflection in order to further improve students＇ English competence.
