浅谈师承教育与院校教育相结合在中医药高等教育中的重要性

摘　　要：随着中医药事业的迅猛发展,社会对中医药人才的需求越来越高。一方面,要求中医药人才必须具有较高的解决实际问题的素质和能力;另一方面,要求中医药人才必须具备不断学习新知识、掌握新技能、形成新本领的能力。也就是说中医药学科人才应具有良好的中医药基础理论、中医诊疗思维、熟练的临床操作能力和科研创新能力。院校教育的特点在于标准化的培养模式,重视理论知识的传授,然而个性教育往往短缺,理论与临床实践结合略显不足。而师承教育虽重视个体化的培养及名老中医学术思想及临床经验的传承,但传授知识的广度及规范性显然不足。故在中医药高等教育中将师承教育与院校教育相结合,将有利于中医药学科人才的培养。With the rapid development of the cause of the Chinese medicine, the demand for talents of traditional Chinese medicine is becoming higher and higher. On the one hand, we must request the talents of traditional Chinese medicine quality and the ability to solve practical problems with higher requirements; on the other hand, Chinese medicine personnel must have the ability to learn new knowledge, master new skills and form new skills. Chinese medicine talents should have good basic theory of Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment thinking, skilled clinical operation ability and scientific research innovation ability.College education is characterized by standardized training mode, pay attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge, however, personality education is often short, the combination of theory and clinical practice is slightly inadequate. Apprentice education pay more attention to the training of the individual and the old Chinese medicine academic thought and clinical experience of the inheritance, but teach breadth and normative knowledge is clearly insufficient.In traditional Chinese medicine education of higher education, apprentice education and college combination, is conducive to the cultivation of Chinese medicine personnel.
