基于公费定向师范生初等化学教学改革浅析

摘　　要：我校初等教育学院设置了数学、物理、计算机及化学等理科专业和其他文科专业,开始招收公费定向师范生,主要目的是为地方乡镇中学培养中学专任教师。学院在人才培养,学生管理及教师队伍建设方面取得了很大成就。本人作为该学院的初等化学教师,结合自身实践,从教材的选定,教学设施的完善,教师队伍的建设及教师教学方法的形成等方面,对初等化学教学方法进行了探索与思考,为公费定向师范生的化学教学提供了改革思路及建议。In order to cultivate middle school teachers for the local township middle school, college of elementary education at our university set up science majors such as mathematics, physics, chemistry and computer and other arts majors, and start recruit the free-charged oriented normal students. The college has made great achievements in the cultivation of talents, the management of students and the construction of teaching staff. Combined with teaching experience, the teaching methods of elementary chemistry from the selection of teaching materials, the improvement of teaching facilities, the construction of teaching staff and the formation of teaching methods, and so on, were discussed, which provided ideas and suggestions for the reform of chemistry teaching in free-charged oriented normal students.
