摘  要:北京市中考改革的实质就是考察学生的核心素养,政策亮点是尊重学生的个体差异及多元兴趣。对中考改革背景下的中小学教育教学改革进行调研,结果表明:各学校考试已更多地开始关注多素养内容;学校教学改进力度最大的是阅读;教师专业化要求再度升级;教研方式更依赖跨界协作;中考改革推动了中小学段人才培养的一体化。针对新中考背景下中小学教育教学面临的挑战,对策与建议是:育人目标—培养学生核心素养;课程结构—根据核心素养及权重合理设置;教学改革—情境中运用问题解决方式学习;教学管理—加强和改进组织制度保障;校内评价—开发和运用多元的评价方式及方法。The essence of the Beijing senior high school entrance examination reform is to inspect and examine students' core literacy,respecting students' individual differences and attaching importance to the cultivation of personality for nine years. This paper investigates the school reform in the context of examination reform and the results show in the following five aspects: the school examination focuses more on multi literacy;reading has become the most important field of school teaching improvement; teacher professional requirements upgrade again; the mode of teaching and research relies more on cross-border cooperation; and the examination reform promote the integration of the school's personnel cultivation. Based on these,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of school reform under the background of the new senior high school entrance examination: the goal of education is to cultivate students' core literacy; the curriculum structure should be set reasonably according to core literacy and weight; teaching reform should focus on learning in the context of problem solving; teaching management should emphasize on the reform of organization system;and school evaluation should be focusing on core literacy and also be diversified.
