摘　　要：通过对日语专业本科四年级学生的访谈调查探讨了日语专业人才培养模式。调查结果显示,企业注重应聘者的个人综合能力。据此指出了日语专业人才培养模式的问题点,提倡应注重培养复合型和具备个人综合能力的日语人才。This paper explored into the educational model for Japanese majors through interviews Wlth senior university students. The survey result shows that employers emphasize the candidates＇ comprehensive personal competence. Accordingly, the paper points out the problematic points in view of the educational model for Japanese language professionals, and appeals for emphasis on fostering interdisciplinary talents and Japanese language professionals with comprehensive personal capacity.
