摘 要:目的:优选核桃仁挥发性芳香物质成分的固相微萃取条件,并利用GC-MS法对比分析新疆产新鲜核桃仁与酸败核桃仁样品的芳香物质成分。方法:采用单因素试验和正交试验设计优化固相微萃取条件,利用GC-MS分析对比新鲜核桃仁与酸败核桃仁的成分。结果:优选得到的固相微萃取条件为:采用75μm CAR/PDMS萃取头,取样量为2.0 g,萃取温度为60℃,萃取时间为30 min。分别从新鲜核桃仁和酸败核桃仁中分离鉴定了28种和33种挥发性成分。结论:该实验优选的萃取方法简单、可行,可用于核桃仁中挥发性芳香物质的萃取。Objective: To optimize the solid-phase micro-extraction method( SPME) condition in extracting the preferred volatile aromatic components from Juglandis Semen,and to analyze the aromatic components of fresh Juglandis Semen and rancid Juglandis Semen by GC-MS method. Methods: Single-factor and orthogonal tests was applied to optimize the condition of SPME,and compared the components of Fresh Juglandis Semen and rancid Juglandis Semen by using GC-MS method. Results: The optimal SPEM condition was as follows,75 μm CAR / PDMS was used as extraction fiber,the sample quantity was 2. 0 g,the extraction temperature was 60 ℃,and extracted for 30 min. 28 and 32 volatile components were extracted and identified from fresh Juglandis Semen and rancid Juglandis Semen,respectively. Conclusion: This method is proved to be simple and feasible,and can be used to extract volatile aromatic components in Juglandis Semen.
