乡镇中心幼儿园建设现状与发展路径探析——以襄阳市为例

摘　　要：乡镇中心幼儿园的建设与发展,关乎农村学前教育的健康发展。以襄阳市为例,采用目的抽样的方法,从环境设施、师资队伍、保育、教育与科研以及示范指导活动等方面研究目前乡镇中心幼儿园建设现状。研究发现,乡镇中心幼儿园建设已取得了一些成绩,但在发展资金、保教队伍、资源利用、示范引导、规范办园方面还存在一些问题。基于问题分析,提出针对性发展路径建议。The construction and development of the central - kindergarten in villages and towns concerns the healthy development of preschool education in rural areas. Taking Xiangyang City as an example,the author researches the status of construction of the central - kindergarten in villages and towns from these aspects such as environmental facilities,the teacher development,the children care and education, research, guidance and demonstration. It is found that although there are some achievements,there are some problems in funds for development,teaching staff, resource utilization,guidance and demonstration,weak management. Based on the analysis of these problems,some suggestions on development path are put forward.
