摘　　要：高职院校学生成长服务体系的构建对于促进高职学生的全面发展与成长成才,提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。笔者对高职院校学生成长服务理念、综合素质教育体系、成长保障体系、成长帮扶体系等进行了长时间的理论研究和实践探索,构建了以学生为中心的"三个一"高职学生成长服务体系,实现了学生教育、管理、服务的高度融合。The constitution of vocational college growth service system is of vital importance to the all round development and growth of students in higher vocational schools and the improvement of the quality of personal training. The anther marked full investigation into the students growth service system,the comprehensive quality education system and the security system,and put forward the theory of three-one students grown service system,in order to achieve a higher degree of integration of education,management and service.
