摘  要:学生评教是高校教学质量保障的重要手段,意在促进教师改进教学,提供优质的教学服务。学生评教因教师评价主客体角色转换,参与权落实不到位,评教指标不合理,评教结果运用不当和维权申诉保障不力等产生心理失衡现象。为此,提出要引导教师转变观念,保证教师平等参与权,科学设计学生评教指标,合理反馈应用评教的结果,建立完善的权利申诉机制等具体措施,促使教师自觉接受学生评教,提高教学质量。Student evaluation is an important guarantee of teaching quality in colleges and universities, which aims to encourage teachers to improve their teaching and provide excellent teaching services. Students 'assessment of teachers causes psychological imbalance due to the change of the subject and object roles in teacher evaluation, lack of reasonable right to participate, unreasonable assessment items, the improper use of assessment results and the unsuitable protection of the students' right. Therefore, it is suggested that the teachers be guided to change their outlooks, ensure the teachers' equal right to participate, design scientific evaluation indicators, give the teachers feedback of the use of the evaluation results and establish a sound mechanism for the right of petition so as to urge the teachers to accept student evaluation and improve teaching quality.
