摘　　要：职业教育发展到今天,现代学徒制已经成为世界上职业教育发达国家培养技能人才的重要举措,目前我国已进入现代学徒制试点的全面推进阶段。实践表明,现代学徒制对我国技术技能型人才培养起到了重要的推动作用,但与此同时,本土化进程也受到了制度上的困扰,需要进一步完善相应的法律及相关制度,更好地实现现代学徒制的经济和社会效益。The vocational education has developed up to today when modern apprenticeship has already become an important measure in the world to cultivate technical talents especially for those countries in which vocational education is well developed. The modern apprenticeship in our county has been experimented and has presently developed into the comprehensively promoting stage. It can be shown from the practice that the modern apprenticeship played an important role in cultivating skilled talents in our country, meanwhile, the localization process has been blocked by the system. Therefore, what need to done is further complete the corresponding laws and regulations with the aim of better obtaining the economic and social benefits from modern apprenticeship.
