摘　　要：校企合作是指学校和企业彼此相互合作,共同参与职业教育活动的一种融合的人才培养模式,也是当前高校培养人才的一个重要举措。滁州职业技术学院传媒工程系与企业共建"工作室","工作室"教学模式将抽象的理论和实际社会生产的真实项目无缝结合,实现项目促教、项目促学,最终达到学生学习效果显著,教师教学水平也随之增长的双赢局面。College and enterprise cooperation refers to the mutual cooperation between schools and enterprises. It is an integrative talent training model by the jointly participating the activities of vocational education, and it＇s also currently an important measure of training talents in colleges. The department of communication engineering in Chuzhou Polytechnic and the local enterprises jointly build the ＂workshop＂ in which the abstract theory and the actual project of social production realize seamless combination. Finally, the win-win situation emerges through promoting teaching and learning by projects with the fact that the remarkable [earning effects have been achieved on the part of students and the teaching has improved on the part of teachers.
