摘　　要：2016年对于生物医药领域是不平凡的一年,全球各大制药企业在新药研发方面均有斩获。文章回顾了2016年美国、欧盟和日韩获批上市的全新药物,包括新分子实体和新的治疗用生物制品,重点介绍其关键临床研究结果,并展望了2017年值得关注的新药,旨在为从事新药研发工作的人士提供参考。The year of 2016 is an extraordinary year for the field of biomedicine. In this year,the global major pharmaceutical enterprises all have been successful in new drugs R＆D. The new drugs approved in the United States,the European Union,Japan and South Korea in 2016,including new molecular entities（ NMEs） and new therapeutic biologics,were reviewed in this paper,with focus on related key clinical trials. In addition,the new drugs which are worthy of attention in 2017 are forecasted,so as to provide reference for people engaged in new drugs R＆D.
