摘  要:职业教育"协商治理"说试图从根本上扭转政府"家长式"的一元治理模式。然而,研究者以"协商治理"的逻辑自然推导出"职业教育善治"的结论,在一定程度上忽视了政府的主导作用,这不免又走入了另一种误区。职业教育治理只有遵循政府主导的职业教育治理逻辑,实施政府主导的"协商治理"模式,才能真正实现职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的目标。为此,政府必须准确定位其在职业教育治理中的主导责任,并积极探寻其履行职业教育发展责任的应有路径。The "consultative governance" model of vocational education fundamentally reversed the government's paternalistic" governance model However, when the researchers advocate "consultations governance", they ignore the leading role of the government. They derive "consultative governance" into "vocational education good governance", which is undoubtedly a paradox. Vocational education governance only follow the government-led governance logic and implement the government-led "consultative governance" model, can it truly achieve vocational education governance system and governance ability's modernization goals. Therefore, the government must accurately locate its leading responsibility in vocational education governance in order to boost vocational education governance system and governance ability modernization.
