摘  要:目的探讨利用标准化病人教学进行医学敬业精神培育的方法和途径。方法利用标准化病人教学提供近乎真实的模拟临床职业环境的体验,在教学中让学生提前进入到"医生"的角色,将敬业精神的培养与专业知识和技能的学习有机地结合,使医学生在学习专业知识、提高专业技能的同时提升敬业精神。结果标准化病人作为逼真的"病人",能够在临床技能培训过程中站在患者角度与学生进行直接交流,引导医学生树立正确的职业价值、养成良好的职业态度、形成美好的职业情感和高尚的职业道德。结论这种敬业精神培育方式,让教学-实践形成良性循环,真正达到知行合一的教学目标,开辟了医学生敬业精神培育的绿洲。Objective The standardized patient teaching is used to discuss how to cultivate medical professional spirits. Methods The standardized patient teaching was used to provide almost simulated clinical professional environment which allowed the students to go into the role of "doctor" in advance. The cultivation of professional dedication was integrated with professional knowledge and skills when they were learning professional knowledge. Results Standardized patients could play a role in simulated doctor-patient communication so as to guide medical students to establish correct occupation value and develop good professional attitude as well as establish good professional emotion and lofty professional ethics. Conclusion The teaching method which includes teaching and practicing can achieve the unity of the teaching goal and open up a new way of medical students'professional spirit cultivation.
