摘　　要：开放大学的教材管理是终身教育的一个重要环节,不容忽视。而教材管理人员作为管理的执行者,也是被管理者,其素养对于管理工作的有效实施有着重要的影响。本文就开放大学教材管理人员需要具备的素养及发展路径进行讨论,以期对开放大学的教材管理工作人员提出一定的指导建议。The management of teaching materials in open universities is an important part of lifelong education, which cannot be ignored. As the implementers of textbook management, textbook administrators are also the administrated, and their qualities exert great influence on the implementation of textbook management. This article discusses the qualities they should possess and the development path of them, so as to put forward some suggestions on textbook administrators of open universities.
