教师个人网络学习空间知识共享机制及优化策略研究

摘　　要：教师个人网络学习空间是一个集工具、服务、个人资源网络、人际交流网络于一体的"混合体"。教师在此空间开展的知识共享活动,不仅可以促进教师的专业发展,同时也是网络资源再生的一条有效途径。本研究从教师知识共享的内涵出发,结合教师个人网络学习空间的特点,构建出个人网络学习空间知识共享的行为模型,描述了发生在教师个人网络学习空间之间以及个人空间与群体之间的知识共享途径,并且完成了对教师个人网络学习空间知识共享的技术支撑体系的构建,提出优化教师个人网络学习空间知识共享的相关建议。Teachers＂ personal learning cyberspace is a blend of tools, services, personal resources network and social network. The knowledge sharing activities in that space not only promote professional development of teachers, but also regenerate network resources. Based on the connotation of teachers＂ knowledge sharing and combined with characteristics of teachers＂ personal learning cyberspace, this study builds a knowledge sharing behavior model, describes the ways of knowledge sharing taking place between teachers＂ personal learning cyberspaces and between the individual and the group, constructs a technical support system and puts forward some relevant optimization strategies for knowledge sharing in teachers＂ personal network learning space.
