摘  要:在线协作学习是MOOC学习平台中一种重要的学习形式。面对不断增长的学习群体,对协作学习过程的实时分析和监控成为当前大规模在线协作环境下研究的重点。本研究基于学习分析的视角,从知识加工、社交关系、行为模式三个维度构建面向计算机支持的协作学习分析模型,自动测量协作过程中知识水平与知识发展,深入挖掘协作过程中交互模式的序列与规律,有效识别群组成员的交互结构。基于该模型,设计开发了支持在线协作学习过程分析的交互式可视化工具,并在在线课堂中开展实践研究。研究表明,该模型及工具能够有效应用于在线协作学习过程分析,帮助教师实时监控讨论过程,发现协作中存在的问题,及时给予干预与指导。Online collaborative learning is an important learning mode in MOOC learning platform. Faced with growing learning communities, to analyze and monitor the process of collaborative learning in real time become a research focus under massive online collaborative environment. From the perspective of learning analytics, this study proposes a multidimensional analysis framework of computer-supported collaborative learning from knowledge processing, social relationship, and behavioral pattern for the purpose of measuring the knowledge level and knowledge development in collaborative process automatically, mining the sequence and regularity of interactive modes deeply, and recognizing the interactive structure of group members effectively. Based on this framework, an interactive visualization tool is developed to support the process analysis of collaborative learning. Empirical study indicates that this model and the tool can be applied effectively to help teachers monitor the discussion in real time, locate problems in collocations quickly and provide intervention and guidance timely.
