摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合高仿真电脑模拟人在心脏体格检查教学中应用的效果。方法选择某院2012级五年制学生共54人为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各27人。研究的学时为8学时,均由相同教师授课带教。试验组采用CBL教学法和高仿真电脑模拟人相结合教学,对照组采用传统教学方法。通过理论考试、操作考试和对学生的问卷调查进行评价。结果⑴试验组在心脏查体理论考试的89.36±3.85分和操作考试的88.56±4.77分的成绩均明显高于对照组理论考试的73.21±3.27分和操作考试的70.12±4.13分,差异具有统计学意义;⑵问卷调查结果显示试验组在提高学习兴趣、对知识的理解力、临床思维能力、临床操作技能、医患沟通能力等方面优势明显,差异有统计学意义。结论在心脏体格检查教学中应用CBL结合高仿真计算机模拟人教学法能明显地提高学生的考试成绩,有助于医学生综合素质的培养。Objective To explore the effect of learning CBL(case-based) combined with high emulation computer simulators in the teaching of heart physical examination. Methods A total of 54 subjects were selected from students of five-year 2012 grade in a hospital, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 27 people. The hours of this study are 8 hours, all of which are taught by the same teacher. In the experimental group, the CBL teaching method and the high simulation computer simulation were used to combine the teaching,and the control group used the traditional teaching method. This study is to evaluate the theoretical examination, the operation test and the questionnaire survey of students. Results The performance of experimental group in the heart examination theory test and operational test scores were higher than the control group, there was significant difference. The questionnaire investigation showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the aspects of learning interest, understanding of knowledge, clinical thinking ability, clinical operation skills, doctor-patient communication skills, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusions The application of CBL teaching method combined with high emulation computer simulators in the teaching of heart physical examination could improve the teaching quality significantly, which was helpful to the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of medical students.
