摘　　要：钱学森之问被称为"世纪之问",也是中国高等教育的"斯芬克斯之谜"。从高等教育学人才培养要素与结构的视角,钱学森之问可以分解为四对玄机与谜题,即专业结构的单一性与复合性的矛盾、思维结构的逻辑思维与形象思维的矛盾、学术结构的学与术的矛盾、教育结构的通识教育与专业教育的矛盾。从高等教育学学科视角明确和分辨这四对玄机与谜题,既是中国高教学界不可回避的首要任务和时代责任,也是从高等教育内部进一步探讨危机形成与问题解决的前提条件。Qian Xuesen＇ s Puzzlement, compared to the Sphinx Mystery of higher education in China, is also called ＂Century＇ s Question＂. From the perspective of internal elements and structure of talent cultivation in higher education, Qian Xuesen＇ s Puzzlement can be decomposed into four conundrums： contradictions between single and compound in the professional structure; between logical and image thinking in the thinking structure; between science and technology in the academic structure; and between general and professional education in the education structure. It is the primary task and responsibility for the academic research circle to defining and distinguish the four mysteries and puzzles from the perspective of higher education, it is also the precondition to further explore the causes for the crisis and the solutions to the problems.
