摘　　要：通过实施人才培养与行业发展接轨、与就业岗位接轨、与职业资格标准接轨的教育教学改革实践,突出职业能力培养,达到了职业教育的三个目的:培养了学生职业胜任能力、协作沟通能力及社会适应能力,并为学生原地就业创造了条件。为确保人才培养质量,可持续发展,建立了教育教学质量反馈与评价机制。The modern occupation education talents training mode of employment oriented education and teaching reform practice, through the implementation of personnel training and the development of the industry standards, employment standards and occupation qualification standards, emphasize the training of occupation education occupation ability, achieve three objectives：to cultivate students＇ occupation competence, communication skills and ability to adapt to society, and to create the conditions for employment for students. In order to ensure the talent training quality and the sustainable development, the teaching quality feedback and evaluation mechanism is established.
