摘 要:将我国国有企业的整体创新能力与国际先进企业相比,我国国有企业与之还有相当的距离。由于起步较晚,没有做好与我国经济社会发展与时俱进的准备,因此,我国目前的经济社会发展要求以及条件,都与之许多不适合的地方。对德国和中国国有企业创新动力和激励机制进行比较研究,首先从德国国企民营化改革,管理机制创新和科技创新3个方面研究德国国企创新动力与激励机制。然后从外部力量和内部力量两个方面介绍了中国国企的创新动力与激励机制,在此基础上,对两者加以对比分析,并对中国国企的创新发展提出经验借鉴。Will the whole innovation ability of state--owned enterprises in China compared with international ad- vanced enterprises, Chings state--owned enterprises and the same distance. Due to a late start, not ready to with China's economic and social development to keep pace with The Times, as a result, China's current economic and so- cial development requirements and conditions, are related to many not appropriate place. In Germany and China's state--owned enterprise innovation power and a comparative study on incentive mechanism, first of all from Germa- ny privatization reform in state--owned enterprises, management mechanism innovation and the innovation of science and technology research in three aspects: the German state--owned enterprises innovation motivation and in- centive mechanism. Then from two aspects of external and internal forces of China's state--owned enterprises are introduced innovation motivation and incentive mechanism, on this basis, the contrast analysis between the two, and put forward experience for reference to the innovative development of Chings state--owned enterprises.
