摘 要:目的探讨医护联合教学查房在神经外科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法在临床带教中分别采用医护联合教学查房带教和传统教学查房法,试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)进行神经外科护理临床带教,对比医护联合教学查房在神经外科护理带教中的应用效果。结果试验组理论考核成绩和护理病例书写评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护联合教学查房有助于提高护生的专业理论知识及工作实践能力,规范临床护理带教行为,提高临床带教质量,培养适应医改发展的护理人才。Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative teaching rounds of doctors and nurses in the Department of Neurosurgery nursing practice teaching. Methods Collaborative of doctors and nursing teaching rounds and the traditional teaching method of teaching rounds, test group (n=40) and control group (n=40) in clinical nursing teaching in department of neurosurgery, collaborative of doctors and nursing teaching rounds combined with comparison of application effect in teaching in Department of Neurosurgery nursing. Results The scores of theoretical examination and nursing case writing in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05), and the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Collaborative teaching rounds which is helpful to improve nursing students' professional knowledge and practice ability, standardize the clinical nursing teaching behavior, improve the quality of clinical teaching, training to adapt to the development of the reform of nursing talents.
