摘 要:教育信息化的深入推进为课堂教学提供了越来越多的技术支持,同时也对教师的知识和能力发展提出了新要求。该文从技术增强型社会教师专业发展面临的挑战出发,通过TPACK概念框架描述了教师技术、教学法与学科内容整合知识发展与整体能力提升的迫切需要。在此基础上引入"在设计中学习"这一新的方法以促进教师对技术知识的学习,并通过在真实活动情境下的问题解决中提升教师的整合能力和在设计活动中促进教师向反思性教育实践者转变两个方面说明了该方法对教师发展的潜在价值,最后通过主题确定、分析、设计、再分析、改进与完善等核心内容对应用设计思想促进技术增强型社会教师知识与能力发展的一般过程进行了具体阐述。The promoting development of educational informationization has provided more and more technical support for our teaching, but it also puts forward new requirements for the development of teachers' knowledge and ability. This article started from professional development challenges teachers' faced in technology enhanced society, depicted the urgent needs of developing technological pedagogical content knowledge and improving their knowledge integration abilities for teachers by the framework of TPACK. After this, the author introduced a new method which named "learning in design" to help teachers to learn technical knowledge better, and depicted the potential value of it for the development of teachers through two aspects: improving teachers' knowledge integration abilities by problem solving in realistic activities and promoting teachers transform to reflective educational practitioners in designing activities. At last, the author expounded the general process of teachers' development, like determine the topic, analysis, design, reanalysis and improvement.
