摘　　要：文章结合在广州番禺职业技术学院跟班学习活动的实际经历,分析了跟班学习辅导员的培养模式学习路径,阐述了学习期间的所见所闻与学习成效,这一活动对推进辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化建设有积极作用。This paper draws on the short-time working experience at Panyu Polytechnic Institute in Guangzhou alongside with the analysis of the training model of higher education tutors.In addition to the expatiation on the observations and learning outcomes,this paper points out the positive influence of the training model on further specialization and professionalization of higher education tutors.
