摘 要:探讨颗粒状冷水可溶玉米淀粉用于棉纱低温(60℃~80℃)上浆的可行性。用乙醇-碱法制备了颗粒状冷水可溶玉米淀粉,对其偏光十字现象、冷水溶解度、黏附力、黏度及黏度稳定性、浆纱质量等性能指标进行了测试。同时,与工厂普遍使用的氧化玉米淀粉浆料进行对比分析。研究结果表明:颗粒状冷水可溶玉米淀粉结晶区消失,冷水溶解度远大于氧化淀粉;随着温度降低,颗粒状冷水可溶玉米淀粉的浆液黏附力降低,浆液黏度升高,黏度稳定性良好;上浆温度为75℃及以上时,颗粒状冷水可溶玉米淀粉对纱线的增强率、增磨率均大于95℃时氧化淀粉的浆纱效果。认为:颗粒状冷水可溶玉米淀粉是一种高浓低黏、黏度稳定性良好的浆料,高温上浆时性能较好,低温上浆时浆纱质量与氧化玉米淀粉接近,是一种适合棉纱低温上浆的浆料。Feasibility of using granular cold-water-soluble corn starch on cotton yarn sizing at low temperature (60℃ ~80℃) was discussed. The granular cold-water-soluble (GCWS) corn starch was prepared with alcohol-alkali method. Its property indexes including polarization cross phenomenon, cold-water solubility, adhesive force, viscosity and stability of viscosity, sized yarn quality and so on were tested. Meanwhile, it was compared and analyzed with oxidized corn starch size which was widely used in factories. The research result shows that the crystalline region of granular cold-water-soluble corn starch is disappeared. The cold-water solubility is much larger than oxidized corn starch. As the decrease of temperature, the adhesive force of granular cold-water-soluble corn starch is decreased,the size viscosity is enlarged and the stability of viscosity is better. When the sizing temperature is 75℃ or above, the enhancing ratio and abrasion increasing ratio of granular cold-water-soluble corn starch on yarn are both larger than the sizing effect of oxidized corn starch at 95℃. It is considered that granular cold-water-soluble corn starch is a size with higher concentration & lower viscosity and excellent stability of viscosity. It has better sizing properties at high temperature. It sizing quality at lower temperature is close to that of oxidized corn starch. It is a size that suitable for the sizing of cotton yarn at lower temperature.
