基于校企合作的轮岗式实训培养模式研究

摘　　要：随着教育改革的不断发展,对高职院校的实训教学也提出更为严格的要求。从提升学生从理论知识向实践转化的能力,解决社会需求与培养高职生就业能力的矛盾和增强高职院校的社会服务职能三个方面指出加强实训培养的重要性。构建了由宏观结构与微观结构等两层结构组成基于校企深度合作的轮岗式实训培养模式,并对实训培养的质量保障做了总结。With a continuous advance of educational reform, a stricter requirement is set down for the practice teaching of higher vocational education. This paper points to the significance of training of practice ability from aspects of, firstly, cultivating students＇ ability of transforming from theory to practice, secondly, addressing the contradiction between social demand and students＇ employment ability, and thirdly, strengthen the higher vocational schools＇ social service capacity. Also a training mode of job rotation based college-enterprise deeper cooperation is developed by connecting with the macroscopic structure and the microscopic one, so as to make a summary for the quality assurance of practice training.
